Step 01
In a bowl, whisk the flour and sugar. Mix in the eggs then gradually mix in the butter and warm milk, alternating between the two.

A mind-blowing layered dessert of thin rainbow crepes stacked with whipped cream between every layer and frosted all over. A stunning centrepiece that's easier than it looks and perfect for birthdays.
Preparation Lab
Step 01
In a bowl, whisk the flour and sugar. Mix in the eggs then gradually mix in the butter and warm milk, alternating between the two.
Step 02
Evenly divide the batter between 6 bowls. Add a few drops of food colouring to each bowl and whisk until fully incorporated.
Step 03
On a nonstick skillet over a medium heat, pour ⅓ of the purple crepe batter and tip the pan to cover the entire bottom surface. Cook until the crepe gently bubbles and cooks through then flip. Repeat until all the different colour crepe batters are used.
Step 04
Stack the crepes on top of each other, starting with purple then blue, green, yellow, orange and red, with whipped cream between each layer.
Step 05
Cover the crepe cake in whipped cream so it's fully white on the outside.
Step 06
Slice and serve. Enjoy!
