Preparation Lab
Step 01
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F. Flip a baking sheet upside down and line it with baking paper.
Step 02
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dip seasoning. Fold in the spinach and set aside.
Step 03
Roll out the pizza dough on baking paper. Cut from a bottom corner to the centre of the top and repeat on the other side so you have 1 full triangle and 2 half-triangles.
Step 04
Transfer the side pieces to the prepared baking sheet, pinch the middle seam to seal and stretch the dough into a single triangle.
Step 05
Spread the spinach dip over one side of the triangle and the pesto over the other.
Step 06
Flip the remaining dough triangle on top of the filling and stretch it to cover completely.
Step 07
Make horizontal slices about 1 inch apart from the top to the bottom, leaving the middle 'trunk' of the tree intact. Pull the strips outwards and twist.
Step 08
Mix the melted butter with the garlic and brush over the tree. Sprinkle with the Italian herbs and parmesan.
Step 09
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and the cheese has melted. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
